As an ode to the English farm table, Home Grown is a design inspired by the countryside and the British love of the vegetable patch. It allows the user to grow fruits, vegetables and plants within a limited space whilst still having an area to prepare food and store equipment.

The table can be used in both a traditional/countryside setting or in a contemporary/city environment, perfect for country porches and conservatories or for your apartment kitchen and balcony garden.

Vital to the context and ethic of the piece, the table was produced here in England by British manufacturers. There is a sliding section on the top right of the table that pulls out, allowing the growing section beneath it to be removed for potting.

The Home Grown Table brings a little slice of the countryside into the city; encouraging the increasing interest for the growing of seasonal British produce at home.

Made from oak and powder coated steel the table. 130 x 580 x 800 mm.
